Thanks for the suggestion! Right now the Dentally Portal works on a “one patient → one login” model. Each record needs its own credentials (name + DOB or unique email/phone) so the system can prove exactly who signed what and stay fully GDPR-compliant. Because of that, a parent can’t open or sign all their children’s forms in a single session just yet.

A couple of things you can try:

1. Reception concierge tablet: keep a tablet logged into the Portal. Staff tap the first child on the day’s appointment list, hand the tablet to the parent, they enter that child’s DOB, sign, then you tap the next child. It’s two taps and one quick DOB per child instead of a full log-out/log-in cycle.

2. Send the forms in advance: create each child’s consent/medical-history task a day or two before the visit so their secure SMS/email link can be signed at home. On the day you’re simply checking everything’s done.

I’ve logged your “family-view” request with our product team (they’re already working on improvements to family accounts, including payments, that will come out very soon) and will keep you posted on any updates.
