You can’t pull the live tooth chart into an estimate template yet (templates only support text + data tags), but you can send the chart alongside the estimate as an attachment if you take a screenshot of the chart.
Quick workaround:

Create the estimate as normal. When the PDF preview opens, close the preview.

You’ll land on the Draft Email window (the estimate PDF is already attached).

In the bottom-left attachments box, add your chart screenshot:

Drag & drop the image onto that box (dropping into the message body won’t work), or
-
Click the blue “… or choose files” and select it.
Heads-up: use .png / .jpg / .jpeg. If your screenshot is .heic (iPhone), convert it to PNG/JPG first.
I see it would be easier to just include it in the estimate so I’ll log a feature request for a “chart snapshot” merge field - this way a small image of the planned chart can appear at the top of the estimate automatically. 😊
