on patient details where can we add access needs for a patient who has special needs or assistance needs? It would be helpful if this was a field on details and subsequently was highlighted on the top bar.

Hello! While this doesn’t exist within details, I would suggest opening the Medical tab > Toggle additional needs icon. This puts an amber/yellow circle by the patient with the hover text ‘This patient has additional needs’. If you need the type of access or assistance visible, for example a wheelchair, interpreter or extra time, you can click Toggle alert > Set alert text. I will pass your feedback on to the product team and update the thread here with any developments.
