It’s very confusing to know if we are selecting the right NHS codes as we cannot see the number of UDAs the individual items and whole COT is worth.

please can you add features so that we can see the total UDA value for the entire treatment plan, and see individual UDA values for each treatment item within the plan

Hi @aishaansari  👋

Thanks for raising this! UDAs are set by the NHS at course-of-treatment level, not per individual item, which is why Dentally doesn’t currently show UDA values for each treatment within the plan. you can view UDA totals and claim details through your NHS Claims and UDA Forecast reports, and also on the patient’s NHS tab once a claim is created.

Your idea to see a running total or overall UDA value for the whole plan while charting makes a lot of sense from a workflow point of view, so i’ve shared this feedback internally with our product team for review.

If any other practices would find this useful too, please drop a comment below, it really helps our team understand how common the need is. 🙏

Thanks. We also REALLY need to be able to chart grade 1 grade 2 and grade 3 mobility on the tooth chart please it's so important and we need a proper UDA tracker like SOE

We are new to Dentally coming over from Exact.

Absolutely need to be able to know if we are getting 3, 5 or 7 UDAs for a course of treatment, very disconcerting not seeing it and also maybe something not charted correctly. We are a foundation dental practice and so have young dentists not completely familiar with electronic notes and NHS and we/they need to know they have put in the correct items to trigger the correct number of UDAs by the time it has all been processed and submitted it maybe too late or if busy the dentist may not want to bother checking the NHS tab EVERY time.
