Set up of Dentally portal

Just to clarify, are you referring to setting up appointment reasons within Dentally, or specifically creating online appointment types in Dentally Portal? I can see you've noted Portal in your title, but the screenshot is from the Dentally settings - the two processes are a bit different, so want to ensure you get the right guidance 😊

Yes right now there isn’t a way to set a minimum duration in your Dentally settings - I’d be very happy to raise this as a feature request for you so our product team can consider it

As with your other request about making it more user-friendly, if you can provide as much context/explanation as possible about what you’re struggling with, how it could be better and how this would benefit you, this will help to make a case for it with our product team 🙏
