there seems to be a breakage in x ray bridging link for the whole practice. 

we had to do it yesterday now it happens again this morning

Sorry this has hit you two days in a row, that’s frustrating. 

I’ve had a chat with Julie, your onboarding coordinator, to make sure she’s aware. You can reply to her previous email and pick it up from there. In the meantime, a couple of super-quick checks that usually reset the Imaging Bridge:
    •    On one imaging PC: quit and relaunch the Dentally Imaging Bridge from the Windows tray (then try launching imaging from a patient again).
    •    In Chrome: make sure the Dentally Imaging Bridge extension is enabled, and the Options still point to your imaging software.
    •    If your imaging app requires it, open the imaging software first, then launch from Dentally.
