Description:
At the moment, we have to manually select sections and copy and paste to carry forward monitoring points from the last visit. A one-click “duplicate last clinical note/history” button would save a lot of time and help ensure nothing is missed.
Suggested workflow:
- Open a patient’s clinical notes
- Click “Duplicate last note” (or similar)
- The previous note is inserted into a new note for today, ready to amend
This would be especially useful for ongoing monitoring (e.g. “still monitoring X”, “reassess Y”).
