I’m interested to see the launch of the new Dentally Kiosk to allow for self check in. However as we have 2 waiting rooms, it’s not really viable for us at the moment. Are there any plans to develop Kiosk further so that it is able to direct to more than one waiting room?

Thank you for your message. I am the Product Manager here for patient experience (inc Kiosk).
We are aware that Kiosk is currently optimised for single waiting rooms and we are looking to speak to practices with multiple waiting rooms to understand how we can approach this in the future.
It would be great to put in 15 mins for a video call and we can chat about this further, will DM you now.
