Group messaging

Thanks for the suggestion ​@Hyg2008 - we actually have a thread going already where other practices have shared similar feedback on improving our internal chat - including add group chat functionality.

It would be great to add your voice there so the feedback is all in one place, to help our product team see the value of/demand for this request! We’ll be sure to log your suggestion :) 

please add this feature it is so time consuming having to copy and paste the same message to all users in the practice
