I’ve checked internally and there aren’t any recent reports of this so we can exclude a widespread Dentally issue. Since Reception can see the grey unavailable time, it’s likely a local display issue on that PC rather than a diary setup problem. Let’s try a few things:
On the clinician’s PC

In the diary, click the Eye icon and hide, then re-add the clinician’s book.

Make sure you are on Practitioner view, not Rooms, and the correct location is selected.

Do a hard refresh (Ctrl or Cmd + Shift + R).

Try Incognito in Chrome. If that fixes it, an extension is interfering.

Clear site cache for app.dentally.co and set browser zoom to 100%.

Check Settings → Diary → Schedules that the schedule is enabled and breaks are still present.
If it is still all white
If nothing works, start a chat with Support in-app so we can take a closer look in your account. Hope that helps 
It’s ok - I’ve fixed it! The diary had randomly switched views
