I think this is already a thing- If you click on the paint brush icon that’s next to the eye icon and calendar icon. It should change if you click practitioner.

That colours the appointments booked in, I’d like the (empty) diary to be in different colours to make it easier for reception to book in with the right clinician

Hey Jenny,

Little bit of a workaround, you could potentially pop a Zone in each diary for each clinician on each day the colour of your choice, maybe use the border only? For legitimate zones, use the border and background.

I've suggested this in the past and it's worked OK. You will just need to be a little bit careful with Zone groups, the gap finder and things like online booking as they all use Zones in one way or another.
