Dentally running slow

Good morning everyone

 

I’ve noticed Dentally runs quite slow these days- the animated Dentally logo is present for quite a while when opening patients. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting tips- caches cleared, everything updated etc. but to no avail- we’ve tried it on a range of PCs older and newer. 

 

Are other practices having the same problem and does anyone know of a fix?

Hi ​@Cookie Boy . We are experiencing this issue too and it persists. It appears to be Dentally- specific issue, as internet, computers seem to be working fine otherwise.

@CDental as I mentioned to ​@Cookie Boy, I’d advise reaching out to support if you’re encountering this consistently, as they can look into your configuration and investigate.

Please provide as much detail as you can when you speak to them, eg. has it always been this way or just recently
