Dentally running slow

Good morning everyone

 

I’ve noticed Dentally runs quite slow these days- the animated Dentally logo is present for quite a while when opening patients. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting tips- caches cleared, everything updated etc. but to no avail- we’ve tried it on a range of PCs older and newer. 

 

Are other practices having the same problem and does anyone know of a fix?
