HI all

 

we have added new questions to our Medical History form on Dentally, but when we send then out to patients and they select YES, it does not allow them to add in the additional info we need.  We have it set up correctly, from what we can see, but wondering if any other clinics encountering this?  Have amended already existing questions, and no issue with them, Only happens to newly added questions.

Hi all update, there seems to be a 15 min delay, before the changes take effect when sending out.

Could you please confirm you have selected the “add follow up question” button below the question you are asking, this allows the patient to add more details when selecting Yes.
