Creating in the user chat section a send to all message

Hi,

Is it possible to add a ‘Send to all users’ function to the chat feature, which would send a message to everyone who is currently logged in?

This would be particularly useful in situations such as a medical emergency in the surgery, where we could send one message to everyone who is logged in to ask for help, especially if someone is working by themselves.
