New clinical notes are absolute shamble, stupidly designed and clattering the whole page .
The whole idea of writing clinical notes is to write whatever you need to write without disturbance . But Now the CLINCAL NOTE page has NARROW FILED !
The whole idea should be simple, and practical without unnecessary items in front of your eyes when reading the old notes or writing new notes. NOBODAY NEEDS those unnecessary information such as
-Referrer
-Completed treatment date
-Invoice desc.
With 2 different tick boxes

If a Pt attends and I need to read quickly the last visit (s) notes, ===>>>>These new forms is just blocking my view to read and also when I want to write my clinical notes, it is the same problem.
Keep it simple and practical and user friendly.
Already planning to ck other software systems that would be more practical and NOT CLATTERING THE PAGE WITH UNNECESSARY INFORMATION THAT IS NOT RELEVENT FOR CLNICAL NOTES .
