We’ve had patients being booked in with the wrong dentist from the clipboard because empty slots in the appointment book flash as available across all dentists. Is it possible to make the available appointment book slots only flash in the column of the dentist the patient is registered with? This should reduce the risk of booking with the wrong dentist

Hi BSH, it sounds like you are using the old appointment search function; we’d highly recommend our new appointment search function, which will allow you to refine the search and defaults to the specific dentist if it’s continuous treatment. This new feature works wonders with our diary zoning feature, which gives you much more control over the diary and where your team are booking in patients to make sure you create that Perfect day for your staff. This feature will start popping up in more places as we continue to streamline the reception workflow this year.
