Is it possible to please look into Dentally automatically closing off bank holidays? It’s time consuming to have to close off every individual diary for each bank holiday and also make sure this is done well in advance (at least a year!) to ensure no appointments get booked in.

Fully agree. Would be nice to have a check box in the settings somewhere which allows us to select the whole site to be closed by default on all public holidays with a manual override on practitioners for those 8 public holidays a year.

Yes, this has already been raised by other practices as well. I’ll add your comments to the existing feature request so it’s grouped together and visible to the product team.
I agree it would be a big time-saver, especially for planning bank holidays well in advance. No timelines to share for now, but fingers crossed we can move this forward.
