Hi there, I’m trying to create an appointment with Zapier. I can see this option in the screenshots on the help page but the option isn’t coming up in events? Please advise how I can do it so I create an appointment via zapier?

I believe the reason you’re not seeing “Create Appointment” in your Zapier events is because Dentally only exposes two trigger events right now: New Appointment and Appointment Updated.
Zapier can react to appointments created in Dentally, but it cannot create an appointment from Zapier, which is why the action you saw in the screenshots isn’t showing in your Zap builder.
Right now, the Dentally Zapier integration doesn’t offer an action to create appointments, it’s trigger‑only. If you need appointment creation via automation, you’d currently need to use the Dentally API instead (used by developers/integrators).
