I have seen that it is possible for treatment plan items and treatment plan appointments to be deleted. There is no webhook for this right or is there anyway to be informed that these are deleted via integration? Is it possible to request a webhook for this?

At the moment there isn’t a dedicated delete webhook for treatment plan items or treatment plan–linked appointments. You can keep a local list of item/appointment IDs and poll for changes (e.g., with an updated_since/last-synced timestamp) potentially. Or If an ID you previously saw no longer returns (or comes back with a “inactive/cancelled” state), treat it as deleted/removed in your system.
