Dear Dentally team,
I'm building a CRM and marketing tool on behalf of a client. Initially the client wants a simple feature that links a CRM contact record to a Dentally patient record (search by name/email/phone, store the patient ID, deep-link back into Dentally).
The CRM is multi-tenant — the client is the first user, but other practices will sign up over time and connect their own Dentally accounts via OAuth. We'd like to design the integration correctly from day one.
Could you advise on the following:
Access & onboarding
- How do we get access to the Dentally sandbox environment for development and automated testing? Is there a self-serve sign-up, or does someone on your side need to provision a sandbox practice for us?
- Do we (the CRM vendor) and/or our client need to be registered as a Dentally Partner? If so, what's the process, eligibility criteria, and rough timeline for approval?
