I submitted a partner / marketplace request for Aimee LLC on 2 July, but I haven’t received a confirmation or response yet.
We’re building Aimee, an AI phone receptionist for dental practices. Aimee helps front-desk teams handle missed and after-hours calls, answer basic patient questions, and book or reschedule appointments directly in the practice management system.
We would like to build the Dentally integration correctly and safely from day one, so I wanted to check:
1. Has our partner request been received?
2. Is there a way to get access to a Dentally sandbox practice for API testing?
3. What is the correct process for API credentials and partner approval?
For the first stage, read-only access to patients, appointments, practitioners, locations, and appointment types would be enough. Later, we would like to test appointment create/update/cancel in sandbox only.
