Hi Dentally team,

We’re currently working with a number of practices who use Dentally and are exploring ways to streamline appointment workflows through external automation tools.

I understand that partnerships are currently on hold, but I wanted to ask whether it’s possible to gain access to a Dentally sandbox environment for testing purposes, ideally with read-only API access to appointment and patient data.

We’re not looking to make any changes within Dentally itself, just to better understand how data flows and how we might support mutual clients in the future.

Any guidance or direction on how to proceed with sandbox access would be greatly appreciated.

Our partnership team will be able to help you understand what we offer and if it’s possible to set up a sandbox environment. The quickest route is to drop your details on our Partner/Developer form 

If you want to start having a look around sooner, any practice you’re piloting with can issue you a read-only API token from their Settings → Developer Settings screen; scope it to patient:read and appointment:read and you’ll see the live data structure without risking changes. 😊
