Please consider a ‘drag and drop’ layout for online booking. I would like to re-arrange the way it appears in line with our paid advertisement strategy and ease of finding most valued appointment bookings. Right now it isn’t supporting each practice’s growth specifically and generalised for all.

    Thanks ​@RachaelT for the feedback! I assume you’re referring to the appointment types which you set up in the Portal settings, you’d like to be able to customise what order they appear in for patients?

    I will ensure this is passed onto the product team for consideration, thanks for the insight! If you have anything further to add, please drop it below
