Medical History - Always updatable on Ipads

Hey - I think it should be an option to always send medical history forms to in house Ipads, as not all patients have smart phones/may need help to update theirs. Some patients need to update them more frequently too.

Hi ​@MelissaLJones, I just wanted to clarify that if you’re using Concierge to allow patients to complete forms on a tablet in the practice, then they should always be seeing a medical history form when required, so what you’ve requested should already be the case. If you’re not seeing this, then this is not expected behaviour.

If Concierge (in-house iPad tool connected to Dentally for digital form signing) is configured correctly, outstanding medical history forms should be available for every patient to complete (if required) on your tablet device when they’re in the practice. This should mean those who aren’t able to do so at home in advance can do it when they arrive, as you’re wanting.

If you’re not seeing this happen, it could be because your device isn’t configured correctly for Concierge.
