Issue with patients opening forms on patient portal

Has there been any known issues with the patient portal this week?  We have had several patients who have been able to access the portal but when clicking on medical history/FP17 forms they will not open.  Our Dental Nurse manager tried from a couple of the patient phones too and she could not open the forms.

    ​@Bonny Leon the product team have advised that it would be best to reach out to support as they’ll need to see specific patient examples so they can investigate. This certainly doesn’t sound like expected behaviour so get in touch with support and we can look into it.
