Would it be possible to have a dedicated app for the Dentally patient portal, where patients can log in and access their information in a similar way to the NHS App?
A lot of our patients forget their passwords, and when they try to reset them, they often end up in a loop where they are unable to complete the reset. I have spoken to Support about the different ways of clearing the cache and resolving the issue, but unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be a good enough solution.
Our patients are becoming increasingly frustrated with the current process, and I feel it needs to be much more streamlined and user-friendly.
This is why I think the way the NHS App works would be a great model for Dentally to follow. Having a dedicated app with a simpler login process would make accessing the patient portal much easier for patients.
