could you conform that denture repairs require the patient to pay a lab fee on the new wales contract?
my colleague has a problem when a patient was exempt for exam (over 60 exempt exam only) and he needed to claim a denture repair. having input the lab fee, it did not come up with a charge for the patient for the lab fee unless he took out the age exemption, could you clarify what should be happening please?
