I would like to suggest an enhancement to the medical history notification at patient check-in.
Would it be possible for a prominent pop-up to appear in the centre of the screen when a patient's appointment status is changed to "Arrived" and their medical history is due, for example:
⚠️ PATIENT MEDICAL HISTORY DUE ⚠️
The user would then need to physically acknowledge the notification before continuing.
I feel this would make the existing alert much more visible, particularly in a busy practice environment, and provide an additional safeguard to support teams in keeping patient medical histories up to date.
If possible, it would also be helpful for the pop-up to include an option to go directly to the patient's medical history.
I think this would be a really useful patient-safety and workflow enhancement for practices using Dentally.
