we have some patients who come privately for initial appt and then wish to change to denplan if they need a lot of treatment carried out as we offer discount.
it would be helpful to be able to move the treatment plan to denplan pricing without having to rechart is this possible. has anyone a work around

In the treatment plan settings screen (click the gear icon at the bottom of the plan), you can change the payment plan. That will change the TP to the selected plan, and therefore the pricing of all incomplete treatments on the plan will update automatically.
This should solve the issue, but if you have any trouble with the steps above, I suggest contacting our support team so they can take a look at some examples and investigate for you.
