Treatement plans insert with the associated template notes

So, at the moment Dentally can only pull one set of “default notes” per treatment code, basically whatever is saved on the code in Settings → Treatments. When anyone in the practice charts that code, those lines pop into the notes automatically. It’s the same note for everyone. If you want notes that are just for you, the best option right now is to create a Personal Treatment-Plan Template:

• Chart the procedures you use often, add your preferred wording in the notes area, then save the whole thing as a template with Access = Personal.

• Next time, drop that template into a patient’s plan and all your notes appear in one click. No one else sees or uses it.

There isn’t yet a way for Dentally to say, “Ah, Fozzy just added a filling! Let me grab Fozzy’s version of the note automatically.” I’ve logged that as a feature request with the product team; if they pick it up I’ll let you know. 😊
