When I copy my neat notes from Microsoft Word to dentally , dentally automatically changes my notes to simple font and size. Is there anywhere I can override this? My notes are quite long and neat in dentally it looks all over the place.  Many thanks  for your support

@Iwona Dentally’s clinical notes are designed for you to write the notes directly into Dentally - this saves a lot of time and clicks, as well as reducing the chance for error. We wouldn't recommend bringing in notes with additional formatting from Word docs and other sources as we can not guarantee how they will appear in Dentally.

You have a range of options to set up templates directly in Dentally, from site-wide templates to personal templates you can create yourself. I’ve listed the help file below on how to do this.

We have also recently launched our new Clinical AI notes, which allows you to dictate notes directly into Dentally, so you can save time not having to type. You can create templates for this note style as well, allowing you to view your notes in a format similar to what you're used to.
