​@Bonny Leon thanks for your question - there aren’t any specific features which allow this, however some features such as custom fields and estimate templates could help with workarounds. I’d advise reaching out to our support team and explaining what you’re trying to achieve, so they can see what’s possible.

We use estimaes function forr a way of gaining consent to treatment but as for a checklist, we use oiur sedation audit log which is just an excel spreadsheet
