Since the last update these is a problem with how any of the base charting and treatment that was imported into dentally from other systems (ours was SOE) is layered. Its making the base charting appear over the treatment which makes it look like the patients have mouths full of untreated cavities.

The only way we have found to resolve the issue is to manually go though and delete the previously charted cavities which takes a while as we have to do it for every patient.

Can this go back to how is was before? before the most recent update this wasn’t a problem.
