So we have taken a step back when moving to per appointment notes.
Before I could have loaded notes on my treatment line item, and save it as a plan template. That way, next time I load up the plan template, my custom notes for that treatment line item would appear automatically.
With the per appointment notes update, the treatment line items can be customised, but the notes for that item do not appear. We now have to click on create note, then load up an existing template. They have made the process longer for no reason.
It has been two months and I still cannot get used to the per appointment notes format. Leaving prescriptions for hygienists is a nightmare, the hygienists are wasting valuable clinical time searching for the up to date prescriptions. On top of that the plan template notes cannot be customised. Something needs to change.
