Could the medical history be updated with options for anxiety and depression on med history form please

Hi @Laura 👋

You can add “Anxiety” and “Depression” yourself,  you just need someone whose Dentally login has access to Settings (by default that’s a Level 4 / Administrator user, or any custom role that can open Settings → Treatments & Plans).

To add the questions:

  1. Log in on desktop with the account that has Settings access.

  2. Go to Settings → Treatments & Plans → Medical History Questions.

  3. Click Add medical history question (bottom-right).

  4. Type your first question – e.g. “Have you ever been diagnosed with anxiety?” – and choose the response type (Yes/No works best).

  5. Repeat for Depression.

  6. Click outside the text box to save, then close Settings.

The new lines appear immediately in the Medical History form everywhere it’s used: Portal, Concierge on the iPad, and the in-surgery “New medical history” screen. All future patients will see them automatically.

If you’d like these conditions to be part of Dentally’s default question set (so every practice gets them out of the box), I’ll let the Product team know. In the meantime the custom-question route above will cover you straight away. 😊

Let me know if it works!
