Could I please ask why this change to notes was pushed?
The old system of writing and reading notes was exceptional - everything in one place, visible, easy to view whilst also multi-tasking on other things (writing letters to patients, nurse checking notes for me whilst I am doing other clinical work).
Now it feels like we’re using the extremely outdated and unfriendly R4 with the clunky notes bar on the right.
I’m not sure what the reason was for the change, but personally would be grateful if we could have a choice to revert back to the previous system.
