+2Feedback from the dentist is that they do not like the format of everything being lumped together and not split into individual treatment codes.
When trying to look back in history will make it harder to search for specific treatments and end up having to read unrelated notes.

It’s okay for examinations but for treatments it’s not great. We would prefer to search a treatment in history to see the notes instead of find the appointment then read through notes.
When they are doing multiple treatments in one appointment it would be far better and more compliant for the notes to be attached to the treatment itself.
