my feedback is that the new clinical notes interface is clumsy and makes it very difficult to follow what has been happening within the treatment course. The template interface is also very clunky and it makes the system and the update being rolled out appear like it is downgrading the software and the dentist and nurse experience is more awkward. The old way of recording notes and the template interface was WAY BETTER as it was clear and concise, it was easy for any person on the dental team to follow the notes trail
why was this rolled out without a consultation period? I may have looked at another cloud software provider if I knew this was going to be a new way of note taking which could not be changed.
providers should be able to choose between the systems, this would allow for a more immersive and enjoyable experience for your users
