please could we have the feature back where, when hovering over a tooth or tooth space that brings up the history - this already happens, but on SOE you could then click on this item like a filling or XLA and it would bring up that entry from the clinical notes so you could see what was written then without having to scroll back through the notes

Thanks for sharing this. I don’t think this has come up before, so it’s really useful feedback. Just to make sure I’ve understood correctly: you’d like to be able to click on a chart item (e.g. a filling or XLA) and jump straight to the corresponding clinical note entry, rather than scrolling back manually, similar to how you used it in SOE?
