Would love some guidance on how to edit a previously charted filling when during treatment the surfaces involved change, eg; an occlusal cavity planned for an occlusal restoration  extends to become a DO. Currently we find we have to delete  the initial item and re-chart. This is a faff but also not medico legally prudent as it changes the point of diagnoses.

HI, so received help from a bot, which moved onto a support agent. No matter what order or protocol we used ie right click/alt/windows tab, we could not adjust the surfaces on a previously prescribed restoration, and had to delete and add in a new filling. The support agent said it must be our keyboard so we asked iT support to log in, and there are no issues, all shortcuts and HID functioning normally. Does anyone else have this issue?. Are we the only ones experiencing this issue?

@chris6 thanks for your post. It sounds like this needs some further investigation from the team. Someone from Dentally support is going to call you soon to look into it further. Please keep an ear out for a call from us shortly!
