Will it be possible to add a dropdown field in the patients notes?

For example, we want to include the reason code when a patient has a scan taken and want to make this simple to do (and difficult to omit). There is a list of standard responses we want the clinicians to use rather than free text/personal choice. In other forms packages you can set these up as a dropdown selection, I wonder if Dentally will go this way.

Hey @Stuart R you can use the Custom Fields within Dentally, I have linked the help file below :)

David, it appears custom fields do not appear in the clinical side bar - surely they should? It would be very useful if the custom fields could be pasted into the text note field. Howver, trying this copies and pastes the full drop down option list rather than visible.

Hi Rich, we’re very close to launching our own clinical AI note dictation within Dentally, which will likely solve many of your issues here. These notes will appear in the clinical sidebar.
