Kira is our practice manager who took over the role from our previous practice manager a year ago. In that time, she has excelled in her role and has worked really hard to improve Audits/ clinical admin as well as supporting our large team with growth and development. Adele has taken on a new opportunity this year, previously a dental nurse she has stepped into a new Treatment Co-coordinator role. She has worked really hard to keep all our new and existing patients on track during their smile journey and we have had lovely feedback from patients to thank her for her support. Sylvia is one of our friendly receptionists. She has worked hard this year alongside her colleague Charlotte to ensure all patients are greeted with a smile whilst juggling the workload of the front desk to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. She has brought a wealth of knowledge from her previous practice that has been so valuable. Mille returned has been with the business for many years as a lead nurse but returned to us this year from maternity leave. She has taken on a slightly different role this year to support our growth on social media. She has shown amazing creative flare and has made some great content for us whilst still supporting the team with clinical admin tasks. We appreciate all Millie does to support BDB and know that she will continue to be a great support to the team. Well done Millie!

Ella has been in her nursing role for a few years with us but this year took on a new challenge as a senior nurse to support one of our principle dentist’s Dr Rushi with managing our Implant patients. Ella also helps support our practice manager with clinical tasks such as ordering of consumables. We appreciate all Ella does to support BDB and know that she will continue to be a great support to the team. Well done Ella.

Emily joined us as a qualified nurse and brought to the team great knowledge from her previous role. Emily works hard to ensure that her dentist and surgery run efficiently. Emma joined us a trainee nurse and has worked really hard to complete her course. We have recently found out that Emma has completed and passed her written exam and coursework. We have no doubt that she will pass her final exam! The whole team are very proud of her achievements. Pooja joined us a trainee nurse and has worked really hard to complete her course. We have recently found out that Pooja has completed and passed her written exam and coursework. We have no doubt that she will pass her final exam! The whole team are very proud of her achievements. Freya joined the team this year as a trainee dental nurse and has worked really hard to support the nursing team. Bringing knowledge from her previous practice she has brought great ideas and suggestions to our current processes. She has worked really hard towards her qualification and we have had great feedback from her course leader. We appreciate all Freya does to support BDB and know that she will continue to be a great support to the team. Well done Freya!

I’ll have to return serve the nomination to ​@EliseSS  our amazing assistant manager! She has gone above and beyond this year to train the team to the highest standard of IPC including developing comprehensive guide lines in a manual. She is always open to growth and new ideas for best practice so we can serve our patients in an exceptional manner, including giving many ideas for improvements. Most importantly she embodies our values of kindness and respect to team members and patients alike. Thank you so much !
