We’ve got some great new features and improvements this month! Here are a few highlights:

Tooth Status for All 🦷

We recently expanded the ability for all users to quickly update a tooth’s status by clicking the ‘socket’ area around the root. This feature was previously only available to practices with root charting enabled, but now it’s accessible to everyone—even if ‘Root View’ is toggled off.

Improved Personal Treatment Plan Templates ️

Creating treatment plans just got easier! Personal treatment plan templates now require fewer changes after being applied to a plan. This improvement includes applied note templates, pricing, treatment duration, and even appointment booking notes.

Enhanced Appointment Cancellation Options ️

When updating an appointment status to ‘Cancelled’ from a patient’s ‘Appointments’ tab, you now have more flexibility to choose the best reason for the cancellation from a variety of types. This makes managing appointment changes much smoother.
