The appointment history view would benefit from clearer, more detailed insight. While the summary bar showing the number of failed and cancelled appointments is helpful, the type of cancellation is just as important.
Being able to see, at a glance, whether cancellations were, for example: on the day, without the required notice, with sufficient notice etc.
would significantly improve clinical and reception decision-making.
Colour coding cancellation reasons (for example, on-the-day, late notice, sufficient notice) would make patterns immediately visible and allow teams to apply appointment policies consistently and fairly.
This would be a simple but high-impact improvement for managing diary efficiency and patient behaviour.
