Can the box that pops up in log a call be tick boxes versus a drop down menu? It’s more clicking to click for example under “direction” click there to get to the next option of “outbound” if everything was a tick box, rather than drop down, it would be faster.

To add to that can we also have a larger text box to type in and also more options because it might not necessarily be a call but a “file note” due to a discussion at reception with a difficult patient.
also being able to log a complaint and generating a report on complaints would be extremely useful as we need to provide statistics to the NHS once a year. Need the ability to have a date and time stamp for suck call or file note.
