We often send  feedback requests/ aftercare instructions/ tx plas to patients post appointment but prefer to not bombard them with estimates/invoices emails all at the once. Is there an option to schedule emails so they can be sent at more strategic times of the day when patients are likely to respond ? Bit like the gmail boomergang?

At the moment, Dentally doesn’t have a feature like Gmail’s Boomerang for scheduling individual emails at specific times. That said, there are some automation features you can use to manage patient communications more strategically:

Automated Emails: You can set up automated correspondences for things like appointment reminders, estimates, and invoices.

Customisable Timing: For appointment reminders, you can choose specific time intervals (e.g., 2 days before the appointment) to make sure emails arrive at the right moment.

Recall Workflows: These let you create communication sequences based on recall type or patient preferences—so you can set up a consistent and strategic flow of emails.

 

While it’s not quite the same as scheduling individual emails, these features can help streamline communication and keep things efficient.
