Are you experiencing this issue specifically within Dentally Portal when patients are signing online, or does this occur in a different part of our system such as the iPad app or desktop interface? I’ll need to investigate this further as I haven’t personally seen it before.
Right now Concierge steps the patient through any unsigned estimates it finds, in sequence so you can’t jump to “2/2” without acting on “1/2”, which is why you’re seeing that behaviour. For chairside situations where the patient has chosen one option and you just want that one signed quickly, the fastest workaround is the Dentally iPad app: open the patient, pick the exact estimate you want, tap Enable patient mode, hand it over to sign, and save.
If you prefer to keep using Concierge/Portal, another light-touch approach is to only generate/share the estimate for the chosen plan at the point of decision, and leave the alternative as a charted plan (or generate the other estimate later). Patients can review and sign estimates via Portal/Concierge once they’re there. Hopefully this helps
