Thanks for the feedback! A couple of options you can try today:

Automatic nudge after proposing treatment: if you create an estimate, set an estimate automation to email/SMS the patient X days later with your online-booking link (or “reply to book”).

Work the list weekly: use Unbooked Treatment (filter “Next appointment needs booking”) or build a quick cohort in Patients Report (e.g. “seen in last 60 days, no next appointment”) and send a bulk email with the same template. If you use Online Booking/Portal, include that link so they can book in two taps.
Keep in mind that the estimate rule triggers from the estimate date and won’t auto-stop if they book later, so mark the plan as booked/declined to avoid a second nudge.
If you do pencil in a follow-up at the consult, you can automate pre-appointment nudges via Settings → Automation → Communication → +New Rule → Type: Appointment, set timing (e.g. 1 week before), and use Conditions (e.g. Reason) to target specific treatment types; pick your email/SMS template and save.
