Is there a way that our patients with only a home telephone number can receive a text reminder for their appointment(s).

Thanks for your question and welcome to the Community! 😊 Unfortunately, our SMS reminder system only works with mobile numbers – it needs a valid mobile phone to send texts. If a patient only has a home telephone number, they won’t receive SMS reminders.

 

You might consider setting up email reminders if you have their email address, or even a manual call reminder if that fits your practice’s workflow.
