+2Instead of the small symbols by the patients name, would it be possible to have the appt change colour in accordance to their status. to better manage and see when people are late or havent been checked in.
Some recent technical issues have caused appts to be missed and patients having to reschedule.

I can definitely see how this would be useful for understanding their status at a glance. I’ll make sure it’s logged on our internal board for review with the product team.
